Top Tech is the collaboration between CNH Industrial and North America's top technical colleges. Technical colleges that offer an associate degree in diesel, agricultural or construction technology will train you on the latest Case IH, New Holland and CASE Construction Equipment machines and digital products. Top Tech Schools

CNH Industrial and its dealer network have selected a number of colleges to be part of the Top Tech program. These programs are reviewed for the content of their curriculum and provide training on the latest Case IH, New Holland and CASE Construction equipment. Top Tech locations are supported with training aids, courses and materials to ensure a student will learn about the latest technology found on today’s modern equipment. The Top Tech schools will provide the necessary coursework to ensure students receive Level 1 Fundamentals Certification, which is required for service technician employment at dealers of CNH Industrial's brands.

Why should I become a Top Tech?

The Top Tech program’s mission is to give you the real-world skills necessary to jump-start that career. And our goal is to get you a job you love, immediately after graduation.

What makes Top Tech different from other programs?

Students who complete their coursework in diesel, agricultural or construction technology graduate with Level 1 Fundamentals Certification to work on Case IH, New Holland and CASE Construction Equipment products.

In addition, students will be trained on CNH Industrial systems for parts and service to prepare them for a career at a participating Case IH, New Holland or CASE Construction Equipment dealership.

Who is eligible to be a Top Tech?

Any student who has been accepted into a diesel, agricultural or construction technology program at one of the participating technical colleges across the country. We recommend that you partner with a local dealer to get the full benefit of the program, including hands-on dealership training on the CNH Industrial systems at a participating Case IH, New Holland or CASE Construction Equipment dealership.

How long is the program?

Participating schools offer a two-year degree program in diesel, agricultural or construction technology with the opportunity to earn additional certifications. Check with the participating technical college in your area.

What do I receive when I graduate?

Students who complete their coursework in diesel, agricultural or construction technology at participating technical colleges will earn a Level 1 certification to work on any CNH Industrial brand of equipment.

What is the job outlook for diesel and agricultural technicians?

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the current average annual salary for technicians is $50,300. Due to improvements in technology and the increasing productivity of the equipment, demand for diesel, agricultural and construction equipment technicians is strong.
